Your Role



Step into the world of global distribution and help us shape the future of digital enablement. As part of our Digitalization team, you’ll dive into data, automation, and smart tools that power performance across regions. You’ll support reporting, explore new digital concepts with partners, and contribute to cross-functional projects that turn ideas into impact. If you're curious, tech-savvy, and ready to make things happen—this is your playground.



Key responsibilities in your new role

Shape the future

: You support the Regions and Global Operations to run the day-to-day business through automated dashboards, reports and Performance Management

Expand your horizons

: You explore through workshops and small projects new ways of digitally enabling the Distribution Partner of Infineon, and the Mass Market End Customer. You also contribute to programs like Lead Management, Cross selling, Up Skilling, etc. that ultimately drive revenue

Keep the overview

: Develop and design professional PowerPoint presentations to visualize complex processes, strategies, and initiatives in a compelling and clear manner. You plan, draft, and publish communication content, such as news updates, articles, and announcements

Take responsibility

: You help building and running the operational system of Global Distribution Digitalization around requirements, product and solution management. You organize, structure, and manage Confluence pages for team projects and ongoing initiatives to enable collaboration and information sharing

Teamwork is dreamwork

: You work on big cross functional projects creating data driven concepts to implement technology solutions with IT and Distribution Partners to drive revenue. You get the opportunity to join a young, innovative team that is trying to push the boundaries and drive change


Your Profile





Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

Study field

: You are currently studying in your Master’s related to Business Administration, Data Science, Digital Sales (B2B) or similar

Interests

: You have an affinity for Digital Marketing, Data and Tools like Google Analytics, Eloqua, Confluence, Tableau, CRM systems

Hard Skills

: You are proficient with MS Office tools, such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint. You have the ability to visualize and structure complex information in an easily digestible way, using both written formats and graphical elements

Experience

: You’ve worked with Sales teams before (or at least crossed paths). Terms like “customer journey” and “user stories” ring a bell, and you’ve had some exposure to commercial processes or backlog grooming (is a definite plus)

Way of working

: You are structured and organized in managing your day-to-day priorities. You are an enthusiastic fast learner with a hands-on mentality, while also being a team player with a positive attitude and energy to drive topics on your own

Soft skills

: You have creative ideas and are happy to communicate with colleagues across various domains (i.e. emails, regular Video Meetings, Newsletter, Trainings etc.)

Language skills

: You have good English skills, both written and spoken. German is a plus

Important information:

Working part-time

: The focus is on studies. That’s why working as a student employee during lecture period is limited to a maximum of 20 hours per week.

Proper students (according to the German law) are welcome

: To work as a student employee with us, you must be enrolled at a university and not have completed all of your exams or modules for your degree programme. You must not be in a semester of leave. We look forward to welcoming you to our team for at least 6 months.

You should live close to the site

: For good collaboration, it is important to us that you can come to the office regularly to integrate to the team.
