Your tasks

Support in the creation and maintenance of project documentation, including project plans and project management templates Maintenance and updating of databases, budget calculations, etc. Maintenance of central SharePoint pages Support for new initiatives and projects Identification and research of AI trends and innovations Assistance in the creation of PowerPoint presentations, preparation of workshops, etc.

Your profile

Master’s degree with a focus on Business Information Systems, Communication, or Business Administration Ideally, initial professional experience through training, internships, etc. Strong analytical skills and affinity for numbers Very good technical understanding and proficiency in using MS Office applications Proactive working style and high willingness to learn Teamwork Very good English skills
