What you´ll build
You will be part of the team responsible for establishing and managing the SAP AI compliance governance framework. This includes establishing and performing continuous measurement of the information security and AI compliance governance processes and controls, in alignment with the responsible teams, to ensure the effective implementation of SAP security and compliance strategy. Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:
Service Catalogue management and enablement
Security & Compliance SharePoint administration, page design, access management
Project and team event support
What you bring
Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences in computer / natural science, legal studies, economics, business administration, engineering or related proficiency in business economics and process analytics
Previous experience in AI, information security and cloud compliance, project management, database/technical tool management or marketing is an advantage
Knowledge about information security standards ISO, EU AI Act, NIST CSF and NIST RMF, SOC 1, SOC 2 and experience in auditing are an advantage
Computer skills: MS office skills required, programming skill is an advantage
Strong analytical and communication skills, team player and event management skills
Agility, openness, and ability to adapt to a dynamic environment
Fluent in English - verbal and written
Working from Walldorf office is required

The Security & Compliance Governance team is responsible for establishing and managing holistic frameworks for compliance, risk management and governance of cybersecurity and AI at SAP. The focus is on the cloud product portfolio, aiming at ensuring customer trust and enabling business opportunities across industries and regions. This includes
Definition of sound policies, standards, processes, and controls
Establishment of a solid security governance mechanism to ensure adherence to the organizational strategy and goals
Establish metrics (KPIs) for continuous monitoring of the performance and effectiveness of the processes and controls
Ensure transparency via continuous reporting to the senior management
Driving continuous improvements via identifying and coordinating strategic initiatives
Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
