You support our team as
WORKING STUDENT (F/M/D) SALES PROCESS TEAM (FOR 6-12 MONTH)
Responsibilities


Create and visualize process flows and maintain process and e-learning documentation Support in developing solution concepts and optimizing manual and system-supported processes Assist in automation projects and perform testing for new process solutions Maintain relevant data in SAP and ensure high data quality according to internal and legal requirements Conduct process analyses and ensure consistency between ERP and non-ERP systems Research new technologies and contribute to knowledge transfer through training materials and short sessions Collaborate closely with different teams across the Sales department e.g. CRM team, Process team, Reporting team and individual account teams Qualifications


Enrolled in a degree program with focus on Business Informatics or similar related field Initial experience in creating process descriptions and optimizing processes Interest in digital tools and automation – e.g., Power Automate or modern process solutions Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills Proficient in MS Office & first experience in MS Power Platform Fluent in English and German (written and spoken) Independent and structured working style Some of your Benefits
