A strong focus on time, cost and scope is there for essential already in the sales phase in order to successfully sell the projects to the clients. Time schedules are born already in the early sales phase and evolve throughout the project life cycle. The sales time schedules are developed for visualizing the design, procurement manufacturing, construction / installation, commissioning and acceptance phases on a higher level during the sales phase and are the basis later on to plan and monitor these phases on a detailed level in the execution phase.
