What you'll do
Join the Developer Experience team in Product & Engineering Operations (P&EO) and support strategic communications, internal events and initiatives, and operational excellence. You’ll work closely with the Head of Developer Experience to help drive a world-class development experience for people in product development roles across SAP.
Tasks:
Draft and coordinate internal communications (e.g., newsletters, LinkedIn posts, initiative success stories, announcements)
Support event planning and logistics (e.g., DX Days, internal product engineering events)
Maintain and update SharePoint, GitHub, pages and internal documentation
Assist with program reporting, budget tracking, project management, OneNote updates, and meeting preparation as well as other ad hoc tasks in the office
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on ad hoc tasks and strategic initiatives
Leveraging AI-powered tools and automation to streamline program reporting and communication workflows efficiently
What you bring
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor or Master program of Business Administration, Business Informatics, etc.
Ability to navigate complex topics and drive results
Self-driven, proactive, and continuous improvement mindset
Excellent team player and collaboration skills
Fluency in English and German language (both written and spoken) with good communication skills
Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint)
Knowledge of software development lifecycle
Interest in internal communications, operations, and people topics

The Developer Experience team within SAP’s Product & Engineering Operations unit sets the direction on how SAP will be developing enterprise software in future and thus is pivotal for SAP’s development and product strategy. It’s on the team to provide our global development organization with the best-possible environment to collaboratively deliver the world's #1 enterprise applications to customers in an AI-first and Suite-first manner. The team’s success is rooted on a strong collaboration with stakeholders across all board areas at SAP as well as with industry peers and world-renown academic partners.
