We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Student Worker to join our Offshore Wind Business - Technology Powerplant Platform team. As a Student Worker, you will play an integral role in supporting our team's efforts in the offshore wind industry. This position offers an outstanding opportunity to gain hands-on experience, collaborate with senior leadership, and make a significant contribution to our Technology and business initiatives.

How You’ll Make an Impact

Conduct research and analysis to identify new technologies and innovations in the offshore wind industry Compare and evaluate the competitive landscape to identify potential opportunities and threats Assist in the development of strategies to maintain a competitive edge Collaborate with the team to develop comprehensive technology roadmaps Develop visually engaging and informative presentations for conferences and internal purposes Communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner

What You Bring

Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university, pursuing a degree in a relevant field (e.g., Renewable Energy, Engineering, Business, Environmental Science, or related disciplines) Strong curiosity about the offshore wind industry and a passion for sustainable energy solutions Excellent research and analytical skills, with the ability to capture and interpret technical data Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel Outstanding presentation and communication skills Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team
