A Snapshot of Your Day

As a working student, you will play a vital role in supporting the Real Estate Department with administrative tasks like taking care of the travel expenses for the team, ordering of IT equipment etc. Imagine spending lots of time communicating with the team and using different IT tools.

How You’ll Make an Impact

Creation of travel expenses reports for Real Estate management team. Placing orders in our purchasing tool (ARIBA Guided Buying). Assisting in other administrative tasks such as room bookings, onboarding activities etc. Preparing overviews, evaluations, and lists. Ideally, living in Munich and coming to our offices once a week, however, up to 100% home-office would be possible.

What You Bring

Availability as a working student for at least 2 years Ideally, having completed a commercial vocational training such as in business administration (e.g. Kauffrau/mann für Büromanagement), but this is not mandatory Good knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and at least basic Microsoft Excel skills Communication in English with our international colleagues, it would be an advantage if you knew at least some German Working independently, reliably and meticulously Ability to set priorities and always keep a cool head even in challenging situations
