Your key responsibilities include:

Assisting with reviewing and posting

incoming invoices

Supporting the preparation

of payment runs

Maintaining vendor master data

and helping reconcile accounts

Communicating with internal departments

to resolve open items

Contributing to month-end closings

and

internal audits

Gaining insight into the processes

of an international hotel company

Be able.

You’re enrolled in a university program in business administration, finance, hospitality or a related field You’re interested in accounting and want to gain practical experience You work in a structured, detail-oriented and independent manner You’re confident using MS Office, especially Excel You communicate well in both German and English You’re excited to be part of an international team
