Job Description



Shape the future:

You will play a key role in the rollout and continuous improvement of a strategic tool used to align digital development roadmaps. By understanding complex process landscapes, you’ll contribute ideas that enhance usability and value

Drive user success:

You will lead user enablement activities including training sessions, onboarding, and first-level support. You’ll create clear, engaging documentation and enablement materials that help users adapt to new processes with confidence

Bridge business and IT:

You’ll gather, assess, and translate user feedback and change requests into actionable requirements, balancing stakeholder needs and technical feasibility. Your ability to prioritize and communicate effectively will be essential

Own the rollout experience:

You’ll manage release notes, coordinate feedback loops, and ensure that improvements are implemented swiftly and transparently. You’ll help shape the user experience by applying your understanding of UX/UI principles and tools like Figma

Collaborate and contribute:

You’ll support the team with administrative tasks, co-organize workshops, and help prepare presentations that communicate progress and impact




Your Profile



Education:

You hold a Bachelor’s degree with excellent results and are currently pursuing a Master’s in business administration, information technology, electrical engineering, or a related field

Experience:

You bring relevant experience in communication, digitalization, consulting, or project/process management. Experience with tool rollouts or user support is a plus

Way of working:

You are proactive, creative, and solution-oriented, as well as enjoy working independently and are eager to explore new ideas and approaches. You also communicate clearly and empathetically, and you’re skilled at balancing diverse stakeholder interests and priorities

Skills:

You have strong visualization and Microsoft Office skills (especially PowerPoint and Excel). You’re also comfortable working with design tools like Figma or Sketch and ideally have some programming knowledge (e.g., Python, TypeScript).

Languages:

You have strong English skills, both written and spoken. German is a plus

Important information:


Working part-time: The focus is on studies. Therefore, working student is possible during the lecture period with a maximum of 20 hours per week. Proper students (according to the German law) are welcome: You must be enrolled and the examination results or modules of your studies must not have been completed yet, so that you can still work in our team for at least 6 months. You must also not be in a semester of leave. You should live close to the site: It is important for us to work with you on site and to integrate you into the team. You should therefore be able to come to the site regularly.
