Inform your colleagues

: You will support the preparation and coordination of internal communication materials such as contributing to the definition and consistent use of AI@BE branding across various channels

Convince with words

: You will write and edit newsletter articles and other content formats to engage and inform different target groups

Shape the future

: You will help define and implement tools that foster better collaboration with stakeholders, such as interactive elements (e.g. polls or gamification), and support the development of a homepage for key information

Organizational talent

: You will coordinate communication-related tasks and contribute to the change driven by various projects within the AI@BE program

Your Profile

Study field

: You are currently studying Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Management & Technology or similar

Experience

: You have already gained initial experience working in an international corporate environment

Interests

: You are highly motivated to advance topics with a high degree of self-initiative while following a structured approach

Skills

: You have strong analytical and communication skills and are proficient in MS PowerPoint and MS Excel; knowledge of Camtasia is a plus

Way of working

: You are organized, proactive, and enjoy working collaboratively across functions

Availability

: You are available for a long-term collaboration of 16–20 hours per week

Language skills

: You have fluent English skills, both written and spoken; German is a plus

Important information:

Working part-time:

The focus is on studies. Therefore, working student is possible during the lecture period with a maximum of 20 hours per week.

Proper students (according to the German law) are welcome:

You must be enrolled, and the examination results or modules of your studies must not have been completed yet, so that you can still work in our team for at least 6 months. You must also not be in a semester of leave.

You should live close to the site:

It is important for us to work with you on site and to integrate you into the team. You should therefore be able to come to the site regularly.
