As a

Custome & Partner Marketing

at osapiens, you will support our marketing initiatives aimed at strengthening relationships with customers and partners, enhancing engagement, and driving joint success stories. Working closely with the Marketing and Communications teams, you will help design and execute activities that showcase the value of the osapiens HUB and highlight the measurable impact our solutions deliver.

Your Responsibilities

Customer & Partner Communication:

Assist in the development of targeted communication materials and campaigns for existing customers and partners — including newsletters, event invitations, updates, and success stories.

Content Creation:

Create engaging marketing content for digital channels (e.g. website, LinkedIn, newsletters, presentations) that highlights customer achievements and partnership initiatives.

Event Support:

Help plan and execute customer and partner events, webinars, and community activities to foster engagement and collaboration.

Success Story Development:

Collaborate with customers and partners to gather insights and create impactful case studies and testimonials that demonstrate measurable results and sustainable growth.

Market & Partner Research:

Conduct research on customer and partner industries, identify collaboration opportunities, and analyze engagement metrics to improve communication strategies.

Administrative & Project Support:

Assist with campaign coordination, reporting, and maintaining content databases and marketing tools.

Your Experience

You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. You have strong writing skills in both German and English, with a flair for clear and engaging storytelling. Ideally, you have initial experience in B2B marketing, partner marketing, or content creation. You are proactive, structured, detail-oriented, and enjoy working collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
