Student of Business Law, IP Law or other relevant subjects Excellent organizational and time management skills Sense of urgency and an eye for attention to detail Strong interpersonal skills and self-confident to work in cross functional and international teams Positive hands-on and proactive approach with the ability to work independently Excellent project management and presentation skills Fluent in English, ideally German and/ or further a further European language Proficiency in MS-Office applications, especially in Power Point Great knowledge and handling of Social Media and E-Commerce platforms First experiences in the area of Brand Protection is desired

Your tasks

Online Brand Protection

Monitoring, investigations and enforcement against worldwide intellectual property infringements on Social Media & E-Commerce platforms, as well as websites (e.g., violations of Hyundai and Kia trademarks e.g. counterfeits, parallel imports and brand abuse cases) Identify and evaluate suspicious goods/suppliers/content providers and collect evidences, as well as drafting investigation reports Generating of new leads jointly with Korean HQ (e.g. local warehouse raids)

Reporting and Communication

Summarize results and present them to Head of Department/Working Group Leader Create reports (e.g. ad hoc and monthly) Exchange information with service provider and law firms Proper preparation of documentation (e.g. screenshots of infringing content) Professional communication with in- and external parties
