The Team




Our Valuation Services team operates across London, Frankfurt, Amsterdam, Munich, Madrid, and Paris as one collaborative unit. We specialize in valuing companies, shares, and individual assets, combining operational consulting expertise with deep valuation knowledge. Our work supports corporate planning, management strategy development, financial planning, and transaction consulting.

About the role




As working student (m/f/d) you will be a valued member of our team, you will:

Support the valuation of companies in the context of transactions, restructurings, corporate or tax reorganizations, or disputes. Prepare capital market analyses and derive the cost of capital. Learn to assess the plausibility of business plans and contribute to strategic decision-making.

Qualifications



A strong academic foundation, with an excellent Bachelor’s degree. Relevant internship experience (consulting experience is a plus but not required). A passion for working with data and facts, with strong analytical skills. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Excellent German and English language skills (additional languages are a plus).
