As an Experienced Workday Functional or Delivery Lead
:
You'll be part of a team of advisory professionals who deliver more than just technology. From rapid deployments to complete transformations, you'll provide integrated, cloud-based HR solutions that put organizations on the fast track to a better way to work.
In this role, you will help our clients get the most out of their Workday investment by:
Leading Workday HCM and/or FIN implementation end-to-end, applying excellent project management and stakeholder management skills
Acting as a trusted business advisor, diagnosing how Workday can add value and how implementation can achieve Return on Investment
Composing, mobilizing, structuring, and leading the right team to deliver the agreed solution from start to finish
Managing senior client stakeholders, engagement financials, and ensuring overall quality of delivery for Workday Phase 1 and/or X engagements
Coordinating, facilitating, and hosting workshops to align design with the future HR vision
Managing, coaching, and acting as the linking pin for functional consultants across onshore and offshore locations
Effectively transferring knowledge internally at Accenture as well as externally
Using proven processes, tools, and assets to assure predictable, high-quality delivery on time and within budget
Having the opportunity to lead and coach consultants and project managers to the next level
Participating in (pre-)sales cycles for new and existing Workday clients to further grow your skills

This role offers two career tracks, choose to specialize as a
Delivery Lead
or a
Functional Lead
, based on your strengths and aspirations.
We are looking for experience in the following skills:
As Experienced Workday Delivery Lead:
End-to-end responsibility for the implementation of Workday (Phase 1 and/or Phase X)
Experienced in Workday delivery end-to-end during at least 2 delivered engagements
Responsible for stakeholder management, resource management, financial management, PMO, quality management
As Experienced Workday Functional Lead:
Proven experience in at least one of the Workday functional modules: Workday HCM Core Services or Workday Compensation, Benefits, Absence and others
Deep understanding of the interdependencies between the main Workday modules
Excellent consulting skills and stakeholder management to ensure focus on Workday design whilst understanding the overall HRIS landscape and end-to-end processes
Set yourself apart:
5-10 years’ experience in HR system and/or ERP implementation and/or process modelling
Up to date Workday and project management certifications
Experience in leading diverse teams onshore, nearshore and offshore
Ability to meet client travel requirements as needed and efficiently manage a team(s) and client interactions
Thrive in a diverse, dynamic environment, meet deadlines despite conflicting demands, analytical thinking and problem solving skills
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, and can clearly articulate complex messages and requirements
Fluency in German or another language
