JOB DESCRIPTION


Sales order and marketing material management. This requires a proactive approach to relationships with key contacts Order processing and after sales support, including liaising with shipping and accounts teams, and managing the customer repairs procedures, ensuring that claims or returns are dealt with in a prompt and proactive manner. Liaison with the production, accounts, and repairs teams, utilizing strong communication skills. Ensure that problems and / or issues are tackled in a timely manner, and being solutions-oriented. Providing ongoing analysis and forecasting support to the management team in order to achieve the department objectives in this area, specifically: Assisting in sales analysis of wholesale inventory, having clear market visibility regarding supply and demand, assisting with making ranging and product assortment suggestions. Distribution of important communication and materials, such as delivery updates, shipping details, training materials, packaging, imagery, stock deliveries to our retailer partners.






THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

Excellent knowledge in MS Office, especially MS Excel Strong communication and interpersonal skills, energetic and eager to learn Very good German and English skills Very organized and accurate Team-player, reliable and proactive Ability to work independently Preferably from a business or business-related course of studies
