Key Responsibilities:
Deliver online lectures and tutorials covering foundational and advanced nursing topics aligned with German standards.
Prepare students for international clinical environments by integrating language and cultural preparation into your teaching.
Support learners through mentorship, assessments, and continuous feedback to ensure clinical readiness.
Collaborate with our curriculum team to adapt materials for region-specific regulatory and healthcare frameworks.
Stay up-to-date with international nursing practices and contribute to ongoing curriculum enhancement.
Qualifications:
Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license in Germany.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nursing or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of clinical and/or instructional experience.
Experience with online learning platforms and adult education preferred.
Strong intercultural communication and mentorship skills.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: 30,00€ - 50,00€ per hour
Expected hours: 4 per week
