This full-time, permanent position is available on a remote basis for candidates based in Europe.
What you will do:
Own and improve sales operations policies, processes and relevant documentation.
Analyse sales performance, pipeline health, regional trends, and identify actionable insights for sales and commercial leadership.
Identify inefficiencies across regional sales processes and proactively recommend improvements to increase sales productivity and data reliability.
Own and support sales forecasting from a Sales Operations perspective.
Provide pricing guidance and support on commercial structures, as well as guidance on Terms and Conditions navigation, in accordance with the company’s policies.
Support partners and resellers by processing their orders, deal reporting, and status updates.
Work closely with our Partner Management team to implement a partner CRM strategy.
What you bring:
2-4 years of experience in a Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or commercial operations role in a SaaS business.
Strong experience working with Salesforce, including reporting and dashboards.
Outstanding MS Office skills, especially Excel.
Proven experience supporting sales forecasting and pipeline health management.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to solve problems independently, introducing clarity and solutions.
Solid understanding of SaaS commercial models.
Proven experience providing support related to pricing structures, deal mechanics, and contractual terms.
Superb project management skills: Ability to organize, manage and deliver projects in a fast-paced environment.
Curiosity.
Fluency in English, as it is our company’s language.
