The Business School has a vacancy for the following position to be filled at the

earliest possible date:

W2 professorship (m/f/d) for general business

administration with a focus on

financial accounting

Sound scientific knowledge of business administration, particularly in financial
accounting


Outstanding scientific and teaching qualifications In-depth knowledge and experience in the preparation and/or auditing of annual
financial statements


Several years of professional experience in the relevant areas Professional examination as a tax consultant and/or auditor desirable Strong language skills in German and English Additional language skills in French and/or another world language are also
desirable.

Your profile

Teaching relevant courses in the bachelor and master degree programs in the
fields of financial accounting (including bookkeeping) and cost accounting


Active participation in teaching the fundamentals of general business administration Dedicated participation in furthering the faculty and the university Transnational cooperation and engagement within the framework of the Franco-


German University Institute at the htw saar (DFHI)


Representing your subject area in teaching, research and academic development Offering courses in English On-site presence at the university in order to provide optimal support for students
