VP of L4 System Engineering

who takes full

ownership

of our autonomous robotaxi (L4) platform — shaping the bridge between

software and hardware

, between

vision and execution

.

Requirements:


8+ years of experience in system or embedded development. 3+ years leading technical teams with hands-on involvement. Mastery of

C++

,

Python

, and

ROS/ROS2

. Proven experience with hardware integration, sensors, and vehicle systems. Deep understanding of

system architecture

and

real-time performance

. A bias for

action

ownership

, and the drive to

make things happen

Responsibilities:


Lead and empower multidisciplinary teams of SW and HW integration. Own the

entire system

— architecture, software stack, and hardware integration. Drive installation, setup, and bring-up of sensors, ECUs, and vehicle systems. Design and develop

real-time infrastructure

in

C++

and

Python

. Work closely with AI, hardware, and vehicle engineering teams to deliver a robust, high-performing platform. Take responsibility end-to-end — from design to validation, debugging, and optimization. * Be the person who can

take a prototype and make it production-ready

— who turns friction into momentum, and complexity into clarity.
