Your qualifications

5–7 years of experience in System Engineering or a related technical field Expert in at least one SE discipline over the SE-lifecycle, with deep hands-on experience. Basic knowledge and hands-on experience with SE standards (e.g., INCOSE, ISO/IEC/IEEE 15288) Ideally, background in a technology-driven industry such as Aerospace, Space, Defense, Railway, Nuclear- or Big Energy Plants Strong analytical thinking, structured working style, and communication skills Interest in systems thinking and methodological development Experience in cross functional project on company level Strong communication skills, strategic mindset, and high level of initiative Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
