Alstom Digital Mobility

offers a wide range of services and products related to signaling technology and infrastructure for Germany & Austria. In close cooperation with our global product competence centers, the activities of the site in Berlin does not only embrace business development, sales and bid management, but also customer-oriented project management, engineering services inlcuding homologation, system engineering, documentation, mechanical integration, as well as installation, commissioning and warranty activities.

Could you be the VIE - Bid Management Support in Berlin we're looking for ?

Your future role

As part of the Bid Management community, you will be involved in several bids in parallel and assist bid managers to submit winning bids.



We’ll look to you for:


Provide support in tender analysis, bid structure and development of commercial bid content Cooperate with an international bid team Ensure a continuous flow of information between all parties involved in the bid process Observe the processes and procedures applicable to tender preparation Prepare tender planning and budget drafts Provide support in guaranteeing quality, costs and delays of the offered project Provide support in checking that the proposed technical solution matches all customer requirements Help in consolidating bidding costs in accordance with the concerned project departments Prepare tender presentations to the management Coordinate the preparation of all offer documents to ensure high offer quality Cooperation in the draft of contracts and their annexes Implement prequalification procedures

Master’s degree in project management or a similar field, with an interest in technical solutions First experience, preferably in an international industrial environment A strong desire to work in a company dedicated to offering sustainable mobility solutions Solution-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills Tenacity, team spirit, and the ability to integrate into an international environment Autonomy, high organizational skills, motivation, and good business acumen Proficiency in English and German; French would be an asset Strong MS Office skills Willingness to occasionally travel within Europe
