Your future role
Ernst-Reuter-Platz 6, in the heart of Berlin, is home to Alstom's DACH regional headquarters. Up to 500 colleagues of more than 40 nationalities work here, focusing on project management, business development, and regional strategy, with a special emphasis on rail digitalisation.
Our product line Digital & Integrated Systems (D&IS) answers worldwide mobility challenges for passengers and freight transportation through digitalisation. Alstom Digital Mobility offers a wide range of services and products related to signaling technology and infrastructure for Germany & Austria. In close cooperation with our global product competence centers, the activities of the site in Berlin does not only embrace business development, sales and bid management, but also customer-oriented project management, engineering services inlcuding homologation, system engineering, documentation, mechanical integration, as well as installation, commissioning and warranty activities.
As part of the Bid Management community, you will be involved in several bids in parallel and assist bid managers to submit winning bids. You’ll work alongside a dedicated and enthusiastic team.
We’ll look for you to:
Support tender analysis, bid structure, and development of commercial bid content.
Cooperate with an international bid team and ensure continuous information flow among all stakeholders.
Observe and apply processes and procedures relevant to tender preparation.
Prepare tender planning, budget drafts, and presentations for management.
Support quality, cost, and schedule assurance for the proposed project.
Verify that technical solutions meet all customer requirements and consolidate bidding costs with project departments.

Master’s degree in project management or a similar field, with an interest in technical solutions
First experience, preferably in an international industrial environment
A strong desire to work in a company dedicated to offering sustainable mobility solutions
Solution-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills
Tenacity, team spirit, and the ability to integrate into an international environment
Autonomy, high organizational skills, motivation, and good business acumen
Proficiency in English and German; French would be an asset
Strong MS Office skills
Willingness to occasionally travel within Europe
