We are seeking an experienced

Freelance UX Researcher

(f/m/d) t

o take ownership of research initiatives from start to finish. You'll lead qualitative and quantitative studies, deliver actionable insights, and play a key role in spreading a research-driven mindset across the teams.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Planning and conducting both

qualitative

and

quantitative

research studies, including user interviews, surveys, and usability tests. Translate research findings into actionable insights for product and design decisions Presenting research findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear, compelling way. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure user insights are integrated throughout the product development lifecycle. Help establish and spread a culture of research and user-centric thinking across the team and company.

YOUR PROFILE

Minimum

3 years of experience

in UX research Skilled in both

qualitative (e.g., interviews, usability testing)

and

quantitative (e.g., surveys, data analysis)

methods

Fluent in German

(written & spoken) and comfortable working in English Experience in

data-driven environments

with fast-paced teams Ability to

share insights effectively

and spread research knowledge across teams and the wider company A self-starter who can own the research process from end to end.
