Your position at a glance

You will play a key role in crafting intuitive, engaging, and accessible user experiences for Delightex Edu and Nova. Your responsibilities extend beyond designing features to shaping how students and educators interact with our platform. By thoroughly understanding user needs and behaviors, you will develop solutions that address challenges while enhancing creativity and learning.

Your tasks

Contribute to the overarching vision for products, defining user journeys, personas, and strategies for seamless user experiences. Analyze customers and business problems to identify and solve pain points. Take full cycle ownership of your work from ideation, design, review, and feedback in the final test build and after release. Partner with a cross-functional team to deliver end-to-end design solutions. Conduct usability tests, iterate on designs based on user feedback, and ensure solutions resonate with our teachers and students. Design engaging visuals and interactions for web, mobile, tablet, and VR platforms, ensuring consistency and accessibility across devices. Maintain and enhance a scalable design system to ensure consistency across features and platforms. Rationalize and justify design decisions, balancing user needs, usability principles, and business goals and metrics. Directly impact the learning experiences of millions of students and teachers globally.

Your profile:

Be passionate about design, solve problems, advocate for the users, and be obsessed with details. 5+ years of experience in Product design, building products that users love on different platforms. Expertise in the usual design tools stack (notably Figma) and the in-product design cycle Proven ability to design, document, and deliver design specifications for multiple device types (desktop, mobile, tablet). Experience with user testing and implementing feedback to refine designs. Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate across disciplines. You have experience & curiosity in utilizing AI to improve the design process and user experience Fluency in written and spoken English.

This is a plus:

Knowledge of 3D tools (Blender, Maya, or similar) or AR/VR design. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design (Interaction, Visual Communications, Product Design, or related field), HCI, Computer Science, Game Design, or equivalent practical experience. Experience with game design or development using Unity or Unreal Engine and/or experience in Saas Basic programming knowledge (e.g., JavaScript, Java, or similar).
