As a UX Designer at osapiens, you shape solutions that make sustainability compliance straightforward.
From early sketches to final delivery, you turn regulatory workflows and sustainability frameworks into intuitive experiences aligned with EU and international standards.
Along this way, you’ll work closely with product managers, developers, and fellow designers—exploring perspectives, shaping ideas, and refining concepts until they become impactful solutions.

Your Responsibilities

Draft practical concepts, user flows, and prototypes based on regulatory and business requirements Take ownership for the user experience of key solutions within the osapiens HUB Collaborate with multiple development teams to bring your concepts to life Contribute to a larger product vision in collaboration with your UX and product management peers Evolve UX processes for scaling up our platform and teams

Your Experience

You have a degree/course in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field You bring

1 to 4 years of experience

in UX design and a solid foundation in user-centered methodologies You think in

concepts before visuals

, aiming to create solutions not just pretty interfaces You’re fluent in

English

and confident working in an international environment You‘re able to work in a fast-growing environment with diverse perspectives You’re comfortable owning projects in a flat hierarchy with focus on output quality You bring a collaborative mindset and an open feedback culture
