Purpose of the role

As a student, you will join our multinational UX team of product designers and UX researchers Your main focus will be to help expand and improve our design system, streamlining UI/UX processes and driving consistency and efficiency across products and platforms You will collaborate closely with visual designers, product managers, and developers to ensure designs align with guidelines and user research findings

Responsibilities:
Develop graphic elements and components for our design system used in software products Iterate on designs based on feedback and usability testing Contribute to the evolution and maintenance of the design system to ensure scalability and consistency Document design decisions and guidelines to support knowledge sharing and onboarding Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design and design systems

Qualifications:
Strong interest in Graphic Design, UX/UI Design, and Computer Science Basic knowledge of design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar) Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) Familiarity with design principles, experience with design systems is a plus Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams Fluent in English, German is a plus
