Our client is one of the international foundations in the beautiful city of Berlin. They bring together arts, cultures, areas of knowledge, people, communities and perspectives, creating spaces for surprising experiments and inspiring encounters. For their international visitors and travelling employees we are looking for a talented travel and accomodation caretaker (m/f/d).
About the role:
Booking of hotels, flights, rental cars and more rebookings Service requests such as seat reservations & realization of special requests Sending travel information (e.g. payment process, entry requirements, etc.) by mail and post
About you:
experience in a travel related work environment (travel agency, inhouse travel department, travel providers or similar) mulitcultural awareness hands on mentality PC literate highly motivated self starter focuses on solutions not problems fluent in English AND German (both on a B2+ level)
