Travel Agent (m/f/d)

to join our

Global Operations Team

as soon as possible. Exciting tasks await you! You work in a virtual, international team and take responsibility for the 24/7 service to support our international B2B customers.

Your tasks:

Reservation / Ticketing in Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo and Farelogix Processing exchanges in Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo and Farelogix Working with airline NDC tools Queue management in our matrix ticket automation Fare calculations Invoice clarifications Service-oriented processing of customer inquiries via telephone/e-mail/queues Supporting international customers in english

Your profile:

Professional Skills:

Completed education in travel industry Very good knowledge of the airline industry Airline product and tarif knowledge, including ticketing experience Very good GDS knowledge of Amadeus and Sabre, basic knowledge of Galileo and Farelogix is an advantage Confident use of MS Office programs

Personal skills:

Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written Customer and service orientation, focused and flexible work Correct prioritization of tasks when there is a high workload Ability to communicate facts in a positive, generally understandable way internally and externally Teamwork skills Intercultural understanding, e.g. when dealing with inquiries from customers from other cultures Willingness to work shifts, including weekends, bank holidays and night shifts, based on mutual needs
