Job Responsibilities:

gain a holistic approach of the professional world of Engineering at MAGNA. During the NextGen Talent Program which will last 24 months, you will participate in different trainings and work in different projects. You will be guided and supported by experienced colleagues and your own business mentor.

Who we are looking for

Fluent in English  and German Willingness to learn and take over responsibility  First work ex perience through internships and/or working student positions ideally in automotive industry  Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering , Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and basic knowledge of softwares and engineering tools  Understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, and production techniques and ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications Â
