What you´ll do

Planning and execution of lab work for the development of debondable products for the automotive industry to enable circularity and improve sustainability Record, organize and communicate results/data from experiments and testing in accordance with quality standards Provide technical support to customers and analyze results after product release Ensure adherence to all applicable environmental, health and safety regulations, standards and policies Support manufacturing to ensure new products meet all quality criteria Attend or present technical work at business meetings and conferences

What makes you a good fit

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in chemistry, polymer chemistry, material science or related field Experience in the development of adhesives, coatings, sealants or related products, ideally in the automotive industry Hands-on mentality with a strong affinity for lab work Persistence and resilience in driving new technologies to market readiness Fluent in English, German is a plus
