To strengthen our team, we are looking for you as a

Lead Product Development Technician – Global Lab Operations (m/w/d)

in our product development site, in Pfinztal, Germany!

Your key responsibilities

Build and test prototypes for dosing and disinfection systems Conduct accredited performance and environmental tests, including failure analysis and leak detection Manage lab infrastructure, including calibration, inventory, and lifetime test setups Develop and validate new testing methods to improve accuracy and efficiency Align lab activities with Product Development, PLM, and manufacturing teams across international sites Ensure compliance with safety protocols and global lab standards

What we expect you have

Degree in Mechatronics, Chemistry, or related fields 7–10 years of lab experience, preferably in pump systems or similar (product development laboratory related experience would be great) Strong knowledge of lab infrastructure and testing standards Fluency in English; German language knowledge is a plus Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 4–5 times per year) Structured, self-driven, and quality-focused with strong communication skills Experience in multicultural environments and ability to work independently Ability to be in charge of a lab team of 4-5 people
