Technical Support Engineer
Job Description
Key Responsibilities?
? Provide technical support and consultation to customers.
? Share documentation, software updates, and instructions.
? Visit customer sites for hands-on support.
? Collect industry trends and customer feedback to improve products and services.
Qualifications?
? Strong knowledge of electronics, IT, or networking, with hands-on system debugging experience.
? Experience with LED display control, video processing, or Pro-AV systems preferred.
? Proficient in software operation and device configuration.
We expect you to be able to speak English and German.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: 3.000,00€ - 4.500,00€ per month
