Job Responsibilities

1. Technical Services

Provide technical support to customers on e-bike systems, including motors, batteries, displays, apps, and some mechanical components of e-bikes. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Technical assistance during customer new product introduction (NPI). Supporting customers in prototype assembly. Conducting regular technical training sessions. Providing technical support for after-sales issues.

2. Product & After-Sales Material Delivery

Develop supply plans based on sales and after-sales forecasts, and coordinate with Asian supply chains and the German delivery center warehouse&assembly teams to ensure successful delivery. Primary focus is on planning and coordination, while warehouse and production operations at the delivery center are managed and executed by the local team.

3. New Product/Service Development Support

Participate in the development of an annual new product/service, including involvement in requirement definition and product validation. Provide insights and recommendations based on market knowledge and after-sales experience.

Qualifications

1. Customer-centric, self-driven, and responsible.

2. Background in engineering, preferably in Electrical, Automation, or Mechanical Engineering.

3. Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to handle multiple parallel tasks/projects.

4. Proficient in both Chinese and English for workplace communication.

Berufserfahrung:

Electrical, Automation, or Mechanical Engineering.: 1 Jahr (Wünschenswert)
