We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager with a strong background in surface-to-air missile (SAM) systems, launchers, and related defense technologies. The successful candidate will oversee complex defense projects, ensuring that technical, financial, and schedule objectives are met while coordinating with cross-functional engineering and defense teams.



Key Responsibilities


Lead and manage defense-related projects with a focus on surface-to-air missile systems and launch platforms Coordinate technical teams across mechanical, electrical, and systems engineering disciplines Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and risk assessments. Serve as the primary liaison between clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders Ensure compliance with defense regulations, safety standards, and quality assurance protocols Provide technical guidance and decision-making support in system integration, testing, and deployment phases Prepare and deliver reports, technical documentation, and presentations to senior management and government representatives


WAS SIE MITBRINGEN SOLLTEN


Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field Proven experience in project management within the defense or aerospace sector, preferably with missile or launcher systems Strong knowledge of surface-to-air missile technologies, launchers, and system integration Familiarity with defense standards, regulations, and certification processes Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar) Security clearance (or eligibility to obtain one) is highly desirable
