Our

Strategy Projects Tech & Core Enabling team

is responsible for steering our most important strategic initiatives across our full system landscape. Doing so they ensure efficient and smooth cross-system solutions to enable our commerce business (all our About You shops in the different countries in which we operate).

What you will do

====================

Gather, analyze and assess the business requirements by engaging with business stakeholders to understand business processes, needs, pain points, and strategic goals Collaborate with the Solution Architect and Project Manager to translate business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements while ensuring the proposed solution design fully addresses the business needs. Define and maintain detailed documentation of use cases, expected results, process flows, and acceptance criteria, ensuring all business scenarios and potential dependencies are identified. Conduct testing efforts based on test cases, validating that all expected outcomes are met and confirming that the delivered functionality aligns with the business requirements. Support testing by checking logs, databases, and other systems tools to identify root causes and issues. Collaborate with management to define and regularly review priorities, contributing to strategic planning and execution. Monitor and report on project status, issue resolution progress, and prioritization during ongoing routines and strategic check-ins with project managers.

Who you are

A structured, analytical mindset with strong attention to detail Understanding of business processes Problem Solving skills At least 2 years of experience in business analysis within tech organizations Strong interest in technical systems and data architecture—you’re curious about how things work under the hood Solid understanding of data flows, APIs, and how systems interact Experience in process management and cross-functional collaboration Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken

Working model:

Due to the upcoming tasks and responsibilities for this position, it is required to work onsite at our headquarters in Hamburg on a weekly basis. Therefore we’ve implemented a hybrid working model that allows us to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays and to work onsite from Tuesday to Thursday.
