Technical Acceptance & Customer Quality Specialist (m/w/d)

Bei TE Connectivity bist du die zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen unseren Kunden und den technischen Fachbereichen. Du koordinierst und führst Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) durch, betreust Kundenbesuche und stellst sicher, dass unsere Produkte höchsten Qualitätsstandards entsprechen.

Planung, Organisation und Durchführung von FATs gemäß Kundenvorgaben und internen Standards Betreuung von Kunden vor Ort und online während FATs und technischen Inspektionen Durchführung von Qualitätsprüfungen an Kunststoffbauteilen (Sicht- und mechanische Tests) Erstellung und Pflege technischer Dokumentationen (FAT-Protokolle, Mängellisten, Quality Notifications) Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachabteilungen zur Sicherstellung der Lieferfähigkeit und Kundenzufriedenheit

Was Sie mitbringen sollten:

Technische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung zum Techniker oder technisches Studium (Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik) 3–5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in Qualitätssicherung, Inbetriebnahme oder technischer Kundenbetreuung Erfahrung mit FAT/SAT, Qualitätsmanagementsystemen (ISO 9001), technischen Zeichnungen und Prüfmitteln Kommunikationsstärke in Deutsch (C1) und Englisch (B2) Reisebereitschaft bis zu 25 %, Führerschein Klasse
