At our site in Grenchen (Switzerland), we design and manufacture machinery for the production of laminated corrugated board – and ensure that these systems run reliably at our customers’ sites around the world.

Your Mission

Provide troubleshooting support in electrical and process engineering for customers and internal teams Coordinate service interventions – from planning and briefing to debriefing Ensure effective knowledge transfer between service engineers, R&D, and production Collect feedback from the field and actively contribute to product and quality improvements Support customers and subsidiaries directly on site when required (travel up to ~40%) Participate in the Helpline -call service
and provide quick solutions for our customers

Your Profile

Completed vocational training in automation, electronics, mechatronics, industrial electronics, or a similar field Experience in machinery or plant engineering; knowledge of Siemens PLC is a strong advantage Solid understanding of control and automation technology Analytical thinking, quick comprehension, and clear communication skills Strong German and English skills (additional languages are a plus) and

fluent in Polish Language
