Role Description
This is a contract, on-site full-time Desktop Support Specialist (L1) role located in Berlin, Germany. The Desktop Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support for desktop computers, printers, and troubleshooting issues as they arise.
Qualifications
Desktop Computers and Desk Top Support Technical Support and Troubleshooting Printer Support Experience in hardware and software troubleshooting Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and in a team setting IT certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST) are a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: 2.136,67€ - 11.153,72€ per month
