Your Role at Nelly

We’re scaling our Engineering team to build cutting-edge AI products and data models that are shaping the future of healthcare.
As our first internal Tech Recruiter, you’ll take on a strategic role – building the foundation of our tech hiring process and partnering closely with our leadership and engineering teams to attract the best talent.

You will:

Own the full recruiting cycle – from sourcing and screening to offer Build and refine key hiring processes, ensuring a smooth and data-driven candidate experience Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand team needs and define hiring strategies Drive direct sourcing initiatives, building strong talent pipelines through active outreach and networking Use data and insights to track performance, optimize pipelines, and guide hiring decisions.

What you'll bring:

3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, ideally focused on engineering or data roles Background in scaling startups or high-growth environments where speed and quality go hand in hand Proven success in direct sourcing using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, or other creative channels Confidence in building strong partnerships with hiring teams and stakeholders Strong communication skills in English and German A data-informed mindset – you use insights to continuously improve performance and candidate experience
