Für unseren Standort in Hamburg suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Teamleiter Seefracht Export (m/w/d)

Deine Aufgaben:

Fachliche und organisatorische Leitung des Seefracht-Export-Teams (LCL & FCL)

Sicherstellung der eigenverantwortlichen und qualitätsgerechten Abwicklung von LCL- und FCL-Verladungen

Steuerung und Überwachung von Disposition, Avisierung und Fakturierung gegenüber unseren Kunden

Kontrolle und Freigabe von Rechnungen der Reedereien und Packbetriebe

Koordination und Pflege der täglichen Korrespondenz mit unserem weltweiten Netzwerk sowie unseren Kunden in englischer Sprache

Verantwortung für ein effizientes Reklamationsmanagement sowie Entwicklung nachhaltiger Lösungsansätze

Unterstützung, Anleitung und Weiterentwicklung der Teammitglieder

Optimierung von Prozessen und Sicherstellung der Einhaltung interner Qualitäts- und Servicestandards

Dein Profil:

Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum/zur Kaufmann/Kauffrau für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung, idealerweise mit Weiterbildung im Bereich Führung

Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Seefracht Export, vorzugsweise mit erster Führungserfahrung

Ausgeprägte Kunden- und Serviceorientierung sowie ein hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein

Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise und Durchsetzungsstärke

Sicherer Umgang mit moderner EDV (MS Office & gängige Speditionssysteme)

Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
