Your Responsibilities
As Team Lead Sales Engineering, you are responsible for leading the Sales Engineering and Sales Support team. You oversee the entire quotation process, ensure standardization and quality assurance of customer proposals, and take over administrative tasks from the Sales Director. In addition, you work closely with the Sales Manager as a "solutions architect" on complex customer requests, and you implement configurators and tools to improve efficiency. You can switch effortlessly between operational details and strategic discussions with management and international teams.
