Job Title: Team Leader / Logistics Supervisor (Germany)
Location: Estorf / Diemelstadt, Germany
Job Type: Full-time, 12-month contract with the possibility of permanent employment
Start Date: Immediate
Hourly Wage: €19.00 (€39,600 annually)

Responsibilities:
Coordinate tasks and workflow within the team.
Train and support new and existing employees.
Supervise task completion and motivate the team to achieve targets.
Cooperate closely with direct supervisors and other team and shift leaders to ensure overall efficiency.
Monitor compliance with all health and safety regulations.
Implement continuous process improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
Completed vocational training in logistics or several years of relevant professional experience in the logistics sector.
