About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced
Team Leader / Logistics Supervisor
to join our dynamic logistics team in Germany. You will be responsible for coordinating tasks within the team, supervising and motivating employees, and ensuring smooth operations across all shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily tasks and workflow within the team
Train and support individual employees
Supervise task completion and motivate teams to achieve targets
Collaborate with supervisors and other team leaders to maintain efficiency
Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations
Implement process improvement initiatives
Requirements:
Completed vocational training or extensive experience in logistics
Several years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role
Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS)
Good command of English; German language at A2 level
Willingness to work in shifts
Strong social skills, reliability, and team spirit
Independent and structured work organization with analytical thinking and high commitment
