We are currently looking for a motivated Team Lead Propulsion (m/f/d) for our client in the Greater Stuttgart Area (Baden-Württemberg), within the aerospace industry, to start as soon as possible.

Lead and develop team members by setting goals, assigning tasks, conducting performance evaluations, and fostering professional growth. Provide technical expertise to solve complex engineering challenges and drive continuous improvement initiatives in the area of rocket propulsion technologies (combustible fuels). Own team roadmaps and ensure performance delivery across multiple teams, while maintaining high quality standards. Collaborate cross-functionally to define shared objectives and ensure alignment across departments.

What we expect from you

Master’s degree or higher in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Solid experience in a leadership role and/or managing engineering teams. Successful delivery of complex engineering projects with experience in the field of rocket propulsion, launch systems, or space systems (combustible fuels). Strong analytical mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented approach. Fluency in English, German is a plus.
