Aufgabe

Disciplinary and technical leadership for the team, including task coordination and resource planning Testing and assessment of functional safety systems for our national and international customers Responsibility for technical and quality assurance, including reviews and certifications of functional safety systems and components in compliance with functional safety standards (IEC 61508, ISO 26262, ISO 13849, etc.) Building and expanding the team s capacity and expertise Close coordination with other team leads and department management, especially regarding the coordination of projects including HW and SW parts.

Qualifikation

Several years of professional experience in functional safety and/or in the development of safety components or systems (IEC 61508, ISO 26262, ISO 13849, etc.) Initial experience in technical leadership, preferably with disciplinary leadership responsibilities Decisive action and enthusiasm for innovation Flexibility and enjoyment of teamwork, with a focus on long-term business success Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 20 30%) Excellent English and good German language skills, both written and spoken
