What you'll do

Office management:

Keep everything running smoothly — from handling incoming and outgoing mail to maintaining order and structure in our workspace.

Team events:

Plan and coordinate team gatherings and events that strengthen our culture and bring people together.

On- and offboarding:

Support new colleagues as they join the team and ensure smooth transitions when team members leave.

Accounting support:

Process invoices and provide our tax advisor with the information they need.

Administrative support for the commercial team:

Maintain data, prepare small gifts for clients and partners, and conduct ad-hoc research tasks.

Recruiting support:

Assist with active sourcing and communication with candidates.
