Job Description

We are looking for a People and Organization Development Expert (x|f|m) for the Talent & Leadership Development in Goettingen (Sartorius Corporate Administration GmbH). It is a hybrid role requiring some days on site at our headquarters in Goettingen, with the opportunity to work some days remotely. In this role, you will develop and implement global concepts and programs for personnel and organizational development.

Responsibilities

Drive the talent management agenda, continuously optimizing performance development and talent discussions as key business processes Initiate, lead and drive people and organization development initiatives in partnership with divisional and regional HR teams Design and implement comprehensive global frameworks to further develop people and organizational development offerings Develop and support global succession strategy Take the functional lead role in driving people and organization development projects, including robust tracking and metrics Analyze talent data and provide insightful reports on key employee information, utilizing innovative approaches to leverage data-driven insights for informed business decision-making

Successfully completed master's degree in human resources management, organizational psychology, business administration or a comparable field Proven relevant professional experience in the field of talent management in a global organization You are experienced in implementing and executing concepts and initiatives globally High affinity for data Customer orientation, very good communication skills across different hierarchical levels and experience in project management round off your profile Fluency in English is a prerequisite, German and other languages are desirable Motivation to work in a fast-growing company Identification with our core values: Sustainability, Openness, Enjoyment
