The

Super HR Team Germany

is growing, and for this special occasion, we are looking for our next TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST who will be responsible for:

Hiring:

Writing & posting job advertisements Managing applications Conducting selection interviews aimed at recruiting new talents for our restaurants in Germany Supporting the organisation of Career Days across Germany and online

Campus Management:

Participating in the organisation of events at hospitality schools. Developing our company network with target schools and institutions.

The Ideal Candidate:

A dynamic, organised, and effective person who shares our values: authenticity, excellence, meritocracy & entrepreneurship. A proactive profile in finding new ideas & solutions to support HR processes and, obviously, a sunny and positive person who loves working in a team. Proven experience in Recruitment in a fasted-paced environment (where in hospitality and restaurants even better). Good understanding of HR processes and practices (nice to have basic knowledge on local employment law and regulatory compliance). Effective communication skills with the ability to interact professionally at all levels of the organization. Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple activities in a fast-paced environment. Genuine interest in the restaurant industry and its roles. Good management of ATS & back office.

Languages:

Preferably italian and english speaker / german nice to have.
