Job Description
We are adding a Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist to join our global Talent Acquisition (TA) team. You will report to the Global TA Operations Manager, partnering with the Global TA Operations team and regional recruiting team. The Global TA Operations Team leads the core operations and infrastructure for the global Talent Acquisition team to ensure we achieve hiring success by building and providing enablement programs to support recruiting.
You will be responsible for entry level knowledge of the global recruitment process, including but not limited to: guidance and coordination of all regular-hire hiring process activities within the recruiting stream lifecycle. Tasks may include candidate facing tasks, interviewing tasks, offer/employment agreement contract process, background check process (where applicable), hiring transaction, process compliance, and projects relating to the hiring process. We ask that you have German and English fluency to support requirements.
